Acrylic and Tackified Acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesives. Straight, or untackified, acrylics are suggested for evaluation in clear film applications where clarity is important. They are also suggested for use in applications where water resistance is also needed. Tackified acrylics are suggested for typical general purpose applications where adhesion to a specific substrates is needed. Tackified acrylics will typically provide higher peel and tack levels comparied to straight, or untackified, acrylics. Dyna-Tech has the unique ability to be able to custom formulate our adhesives to meet the requirements of your intended application.
