DyCross – Hybrid Pressure Sensitive Adhesives                                                                                                            
DyCross products have been combined to produce adhesives that exhibit excellent chemical resistance. Hybrid Pressure Sensitive Adhesives are mixed chemistries of acrylics with various natural and/or synthetic rubbers. In addition to chemical resistance, Dyna-Tech offers hybrid adhesives which have been developed to be utilized in removable applications.

DyCross 3093 A hybrid emulsion removable adhesive, which is formulated primarily as a medium tack removable adhesive for use on plasticized PVC films. It exhibits excellent plasticizer resistance and aging characteristics and provides clean removability from various surfaces.

DyCross 3097 A hybrid emulsion removable adhesive, which is formulated primarily as a medium tack removable adhesive for use on plasticized PVC films. It exhibits excellent plasticizer resistance and aging characteristics and provides clean removability from various surfaces.

DyCross 3102 A hybrid emulsion removable adhesive, which is formulated primarily as a low tack removable adhesive for use on plasticized PVC films. It exhibits excellent plasticizer resistance and aging characteristics and produces clean removability from various surfaces.

DyCross 3107 A hybrid emulsion removable adhesive, which is formulated as a CPSIA compliant removable adhesive for use on plasticized PVC films. It exhibits medium tact, excellent plasticizer resistance and aging characteristics and provides clean removability from various surfaces.

DyCross 3108  A hybrid emulsion removable adhesive, which is formulated primarily as a CPSIA compliant removable adhesive for use on plasticized PVC films. It exhibits low tack, excellent plasticizer resistance and aging characteristics and provides clean removability from various surfaces.

DyCross 6193 An improved version of DyCross 6432BL with better coater stability.
An aggressive tackified rubber-based adhesive used in numerous tape and
pressure sensitive applications. An excellent chemical and water resistance
with high tack and peel properties.

DyCross 6392 A hybrid emulsion permanent adhesive, designed as an aggressive, high tack product for numerous tape and industrial pressure sensitive mounting and assembly applications. In battery applications, it exhibits exceptionally good resistance to hot sulfuric acid (1. 26 sp.gr.) in controlled laboratory conditions.

DyCross 6432BL A hybrid emulsion permanent adhesive, designed as an aggressive, high tack product for numerous tape and industrial pressure sensitive mounting and assembly applications. It exhibits exceptionally good resistance to hot sulfuric acid (1. 26 sp. gr.) in controlled laboratory conditions along with other criteria outlined in Johnson Control, Exide Corporation and Delphi Battery Label test protocol.

DyCross 9071 A hybrid emulsion permanent adhesive, designed as an aggressive, high tack product for a wide variety of tape and industrial pressure sensitive fabrication and assembly applications. It also provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of foams including polyester and polyether urethane foams.

DyCross 9117 A hybrid emulsion permanent adhesive, formulated for excellent adhesion to most tire tread designs without the need for a solvent wipe or tire cement. It exhibits excellent adhesion to mold release agents typically encountered in the tire manufacturing process and offers adhesion to low energy surfaces such as LDPE, HDPE, and Polypropylene.

DyCross 9332 A hybrid emulsion permanent adhesive, which is formulated for aggressive immediate adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including polyolefins. In battery label constructions, it exhibits exceptionally good resistance to hot sulfuric acid (1.26 sp. gr.) in controlled laboratory tests at temperatures up to 176°F along with other criteria outlined in Johnson Control, Exide Corporation and Delphi Battery Label test protocol.
